Daylight Adventures & Safaris – Refund  Policy

At Daylight Adventures & Safaris, we are committed to providing you with memorable and enriching travel experiences in Kenya. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities. Below, you will find our refund policy outlining the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds:

Booking Deposits

– A 30-50% deposit of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation.

If you choose to cancel your booking before the departure date, the following refund options are available:

– Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 80% refund of the deposit.
– Cancellation made 15 to 29 days prior to the departure date: 50% refund of the deposit.
– Cancellation made less than 15 days before the departure date: No refund of the deposit.

Full Payment Option

– You have the option to make full payment at the time of booking using our completed booking form.

If you choose to cancel your booking before the departure date, the following refund options apply:

– Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 80% refund of the total payment.
– Cancellation made 15 to 29 days prior to the departure date: 50% refund of the total payment.
– Cancellation made less than 15 days before the departure date: No refund of the total payment.

Remaining Balance

– The remaining balance of 30% is due on the departure date.
– If you decide to cancel your tour after paying the remaining balance, the following refund options are applicable:
– Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the departure date: Refund of the remaining balance.
– Cancellation made less than 30 days before the departure date: No refund of the remaining balance.

Special Circumstances

In some exceptional cases, such as unforeseen medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we understand that cancellations might be necessary. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation. We will do our best to assist you and evaluate your circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Currency:

All prices and rates are quoted and invoiced in US$ and all payments must be made in US$. Payments in other currencies will only be accepted by pre-arrangement.

Please provide your booking details and reasons for cancellation. Refund processing times may vary, but we will strive to address your request promptly and fairly.

Please note that any bank or payment gateway fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
